An Intimate Rehearsal Dinner in the Heart of Downtown Charleston
Tucked off of King Street, High Wire Distilling Co. is home to the first distillery in Charleston since the prohibition. Specializing in handcrafted, small batch spirits utilizing the finest ingredients, this creative culinary space was the ideal setting for welcoming guests to the holy city.
Upon arriving, guests were welcomed by the tunes of local violinist Seth G and were invited to take tasting tours of High Wire’s in-house spirits. When it came to dining, Stephen + Virginia decided to shake things up a little bit with a mobile martini cart that served drinks tableside during dinner and a traditional lowcountry boil served in personal tin pails! The evening ended with a southern dessert bar and an outside lounge adorned with live cigar rollers. It was a perfect Charleston rehearsal dinner full of local foods and southern hospitality!
